Foxes and Squirrel
From Family
Fun
Players
stand in a circle. The foxes (two
tennis balls) are passed quickly around the circle, as in a game of hot
potato. Remember, no throwing the
tennis balls; foxes fun, but they do not fly.
Squirrels, however, are another story.
They leap from tree to tree.
Which means the player with a Nerf-ball squirrel gets to toss it
–
underhand, please – at his fellow players.
As in dodgeball, you’re out if the squirrel-ball tags you, but the thrower is out if you catch
it. And all the while you have to be
ready to receive and pass the two fox balls going around the circle
(drop them
and you’re out as well). You might
try
starting your game with just 1 fox, adding more as the group gets
better at the
game.
