All the players except one sit in a tight circle.  The remaining player is the “hunter.”  The hunger closes her eyes and counts to 10.  Meanwhile, the other players begin passing the key, keeping it hidden in their hands.  When she reaches ten, the hunter opens her eyes and – while the key continues to be passed – tries to figure out who has it.  (The other players must pretend to be passing the key.)

When the hunter calls the suspect player’s name, the passing immediately stops, and the suspect then opens his hands for all to see.  If the hunter is right, the person with the key becomes the hunter.  If she is wrong, she closes her eyes and starts counting to 10 again.  After 3 tries, someone else in hunter.
