Love Bug Pet & Habitat

Make a love bug by gluing googly eyes onto a small puff ball.  Glue on a folded pipe cleaner for antennae.  Glue on a paper accordion for a caterpillar-like body.  This accordion is made by folding two strips of paper at right angles to each other and gluing or taping them together at the two ends.

 Make the habitat by wrapping those individual cereal boxes with green construction paper.  Give the kids a few fake paper leaves, hearts, or store bought Valentine confetti to glue into the box.
