Sound Charades

Put the names of a bunch of sounds in a bowl.  Papers could be printed with such things as “telephone ring,” “barking dog,” or whatever you can think of that is age-appropriate.  Kids take turns selecting a paper and making the sound.  The rest try to guess what it was.  The correct guesser gets the next turn.

This is a good filler for the end of a party.  You can even put thematic items in the bowl.
